There is so much that goes into your life, and I know we have talked about it before. You have work, family, gym, possibly kids, friends, a second job or school. At the end of the week you want to go to bed feeling you’ve accomplished what you wanted and feel good about it!
Why can’t you? Guilt is a terrible feeling that can be avoided.
Go to happy hour tonight with your friends! Then get up tomorrow morning and kill your workouts! Balance out the easy with the hard, the fun with the fierce and make yourself proud!
